The mission of the Pegasus Foundation is to improve animal welfare through effective grantmaking and education in the United States, the Caribbean, Native American lands and Kenya. The Foundation believes that all forms of life warrant compassion and respect, and that human beings must strive for a world that is humane for all living things. The Caring Fields Animal Sanctuary is an affiliate of the Pegasus Foundation, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. The Pegasus Foundation is registered with the State of Florida, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services under registration #CH17485.
